EYFS Teacher (2-Year-Old Provision & Pre-School) - Bishop Auckland

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team in Bishop Auckland, working primarily within our 2-year-old provision while playing a key role in our thriving pre-school setting.

About the Role
You will lead high-quality teaching and learning within our 2-year-old room, creating a nurturing, engaging, and language-rich environment where children can flourish. Alongside this, you will work closely with our pre-school team, contributing to planning, provision, and smooth transitions as children progress towards Reception.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver inspiring, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's development across all areas, with a strong focus on communication, personal development, and early learning skills
Work collaboratively across the 2-year-old and pre-school provision to ensure consistency and progression
Observe, assess, and track children's progress, adapting provision to meet individual needs
Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and reflective team culture
We Are Looking For

A qualified teacher with QTS (or an ECT looking to begin their career in EYFS)
A genuine passion for early years education and child development
Creativity, warmth, and a nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to high-quality provision and continuous professional development
