We're pleased to present the opportunity to join Urenco as a Program Delivery Manager. Based at our Capenhurst site, you'll play a pivotal role in project delivery against a high value and diverse project portfolio.

What will your day look like?

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of the strategic projects for Urenco UK, to meet safety, scope, cost, schedule and business benefits objectives. Develop, implement and communicate strategies, objectives and benefits to business unit and group to achieve maximum business benefit.
• Advise, consult, lead and provide feedback in the development and evolvement of the Centrifuge Expansion Program. This will utilise fit for purpose/fully compliant project management methodologies and working practices.
• Develop a high performance team, ensuring flawless integration of all sub-disciplines, functions and with the site throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster and enhance owner relationships with the FEED/EPCM/ contractor, subcontractors and vendors and ensure delivery over full project lifecycle
• Evidence that projects are using and incorporating specialist knowledge in project execution process.
• Ensure Urenco's commercial position is robustly protected through the application of industry best practice in contracting strategies, contractor and supplier selection, procurement, contract negotiation and contract management
• Leveraging experience from a number of industry sectors and continuously scan the market for best practice, analysing developments and assessing how they can be exploited by Urenco to facilitate further value creation/delivery/capture/protection. You will also ensure that knowledge is retained and transferred within Urenco.

What do you need to be great at this role?

• Demonstrable experience across the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to hand-over
• Demonstrable experience being fully accountable for large complex, multi contract, multi-discipline project in the lead EPC/EPCM role or an owner role.
• Min 5 years' experience being fully accountable and actively leading large complex/ mulitiple EPC/EPCM projects (or in an owner role) as a Project Director.
• Educated to degree level, with a project management qualification / accreditation such as APM or PMI
• Demonstrable experience across the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to hand-over.
• On-site construction experience.
• Demonstrable success in project delivery in multiple industries,
