Job Details for Call Center/ Customer Service Reps:

  • Schedule: 40 hours a week including weekends
  • Hours of Operation 8 am-8 pm EST- you will be scheduled for an 8-hour shift in between these hours
  • Pay Rate: $12.50/ hour
  • Temporary to hire position
  • Must have flexibility with schedule!
  • Remote position- work from the comfort of your own home
  • Must have your own PC desktop or laptop to use- No Macbooks or Chromebooks.

Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center/ Customer Service Reps:

  • Updating customer accounts
  • Basic website troubleshooting
  • Receiving inbound customer service calls

Job Requirements for Call Center/ Customer Service Reps:

  • Must have flexibility in schedule
  • Must have your own laptop/ desktop computer at home (no older than 3 years) that is running Windows 10
  • Must have headset with microphone to take inbound calls and a webcam
  • Must have strong computer and website navigation skills
  • No Chromebooks, no Macs
