A prestigious mixed-use estate in Birmingham is seeking a Technical Services Manager (TSM) to oversee all engineering, compliance, and technical FM delivery across a high-profile mixed-use development.

Responsibilities:

Lead all M&E, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.

Manage PPM regimes, reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance.

*

Manage contractors and ensure high-quality service delivery.

*

Oversee budgets, lifecycle, and asset-management planning.

*

Support occupiers across residential, commercial, and retail units.

*

Ensure the estate meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong technical FM/M&E background.
