Nurseline Community Services provides compassionate, high-complex mental health care at home for people with behaviour that challenges and personality disorders.
Leaf Complex Care provides expertism with supporting individuals with complexhealth needs, learning disabilities, behaviour that may challenge and autism.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in individuals’ homes and community settings by doing community activities and appointments.
- Provide mobility support, including basic moving and handling.
- Support individuals in developing independence through companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
- Help with daily tasks, including laundry, cleaning, food shopping, feeding and budgeting support when required.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation and care records.
- Communicate effectively with families, care teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceWe are searching for people with:
- Previous experience in healthcare, community care, or home-based care.
- - For Nurseline Community Services minimum 2 years are required
- -For Leaf Complex Care minimum 6 months are required
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, mental health conditions, behaviours that challenge, or autism.
- Full UK driving licence (essential or highly advantageous depending on placement).
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential.

For this positions shift patterns vary depending on the care package and the needs of the individuals we support. You may work short shifts (4–8 hours) or longer shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
