We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-driven Door-to-Door/Field Sales Manager to lead our client's team in expanding their reach and delivering exceptional service.

Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
Leading by example and motivate your team members.
Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of door-to-door/field sales representatives.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our clients' broadband services in the Norfolk Area.
Set clear performance goals and provide continuous coaching and support to team members.
Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitor activities.Successful Applicant:

Proven track record of success in door-to-door/field sales.
Experience in recruiting door-to-door salespeople.
Experience in onboarding and training door-to-door salespeople.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
