About the Role

As Head of Business, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the department. You'll be responsible for driving curriculum development, improving outcomes, and fostering an enterprising learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

QTS/QTLS and proven classroom excellence

*

Previous experience in a leadership role within Business or a related subject

*

Strong curriculum knowledge, particularly at KS4 and KS5

*

Ability to inspire students and lead a team effectively
