This Technical Director jobs role will suit:

* Some experience with large capital projects / capital equipment / high value large mechanical equipment (this is NOT manufacturing small components)

* Ideally experience of the UK water industry - aware of the AMP (asset management plan) cycle. However we are flexible if you have similar capital equipment experience into wider utilities / process industries or a chartered engineer who is ready for the next step in their career.

* Strong project management skills

* Ideally a chartered engineer - ideally mechanical - or similar

* Strong mentoring and coaching ability - working with the engineering team to improve their performance and skill level
