Salary: £40,000 + £50 per sleep-in
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to help shape and support the launch of a new 3-bed EBD home for children in Greenford, Ealing. Working for a repuable and growing organisation, alongside an experienced Registered Manager, you'll help lead and guide a passionate team to deliver outstanding care.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a similar children's residential setting

*

Strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding and behaviour management

*

Supervisory/leadership experience within children's care

*

Relevant qualifications (Level 3 minimum; working towards Level 5 desirable)

*

Must have right to work in the UK

*

Enhanced DBS required
