We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a growing, ambitious mid-sized organisation during an exciting period of development and change.

This role is supporting a major period of organisational transformation, including restructure and merger activity and the embedding of service excellence across the group's business divisions. Working closely with the small transformation team, the focus of this role is on helping drive culture change, ensuring new ways of working are understood, owned, and embedded so that future state organisational goals are delivered.

Key Responsibilities include

• Supporting operating model and merger change through stakeholder engagement and alignment with the change narrative and strategic intent
• Identifying levels of change readiness, understanding and maturity to help with the creation of appropriate change messaging for different areas of the business
• Helping embed service excellence as a core behavioural and operating principle across the business
• Supporting the design and delivery of pragmatic, creative change and comms interventions that make the future state tangible

Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering people led culture change
• Strong background in supporting the culture change for enterprise-wide operating model change and a portfolio of transformation projects
• Experience working across complex, multi-OpCo or federated environments
• Highly pragmatic and delivery-focused, with the ability to create momentum in fast-changing and ambiguous settings
