New Resource Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering client in Clevedon, North Somerset. We're seeking a proactive and experienced Service & Logistics Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead their busy service department.

In this key role, you'll manage a team of engineers and administrators, oversee service operations, and coordinate the logistics of parts, tools, and engineer schedules. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of the service and logistics functions

* Lead and support a team of engineers and service administrators

* Schedule and coordinate field service work and site visits

* Oversee the flow of tools, parts, and returns (RMA process)

* Provide technical support to customers and internal teams

* Track service performance and ensure high-quality delivery

* Occasional travel to customer sites may be required

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in a service, operations, or logistics management role

* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills

* Knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment (UPS/battery systems is a bonus)

* HND or equivalent in a technical discipline preferred

* IT confident - especially with Microsoft Excel and Word
