The Faculty of Occupational Medicine is a charity committed to improving health at work. It is the professional and educational body for occupational medicine in the UK and seeks to ensure the highest standards in the practice of occupational medicine.
This is an exciting time for the Faculty. We have new premises, including event space, in Greenwich and we are keen to provide the best possible services for our members.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Membership, your duties will include responding to member enquiries, maintaining member records, processing financial transactions (sales and purchase ledger), credit control, reconciliations and reporting. The role is varied and provides the opportunity for professional development.
A bright and enthusiastic team-player, you take pride in the quality, accuracy and organisation of your work. You have worked in a busy accounts/finance function and possess excellent IT skills, including Sage, Excel, Outlook and Word. Preferably you will also have experience of using a CRM.
Your written and spoken communication skills are excellent, and you are keen to contribute ideas, learn and develop. If this sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you!
The post is a permanent, full time role (35 hours per week). The salary is c£25,000 per annum.
