Pay: £100 to £150 per day, paid weekly via PAYE

Are you a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in Sutton Coldfield?
Winner Education is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to oversee lessons across KS3 and KS4 at a local secondary school, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes and ensure students follow lesson plans

Support teachers by maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor student behaviour and manage any issues effectively

Assist with small group or 1:1 support where needed

Ensure the classroom is safe and well-organised

Report back to teachers on student progress and behaviour

Attend school meetings when required

Requirements:

Previous experience supervising or supporting lessons in a secondary school

Confident classroom and behaviour management

Reliable, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive learning environment

Strong organisational skills

QTS is desirable but not essential
