Equifind are supporting a hotel group to recruit an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join their London operation.

Reporting directly to the Finance VP, this role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team while taking on a diverse range of responsibilities. These include overseeing transaction processing, payments, CIS returns, project management, and driving the streamlining and improvement of processes.

This is a dynamic and multifaceted position, ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact across various financial and operational functions.

Interviews will take place ASAP, so we are ideally looking for somebody with either a short Notice Period or Immediately Available to Interview this Week/Next Week.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across 75-entities, with intercompany funding and reconciliation complexities.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing of invoices, CIS returns, payments, and intercompany postings.
• Lead improvements and maintain excellence in financial systems, with particular expertise required in either Sage or Sun Systems software.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance across all financial processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term financial objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Any experience in an Accounts Payable & Receivable role, ideally within a hotel based business.
• Anywhere from 24-months+ experience in a similar role.
• Technical skills: in-depth knowledge of a ERP software (Sage, Sun Systems...) desirable but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage large transaction or recharge volumes and complex reconciliations.

• £35,000-£40,000 PA (DOE)
