Carrying out a wide variety of electrical work for thier customers, predominantly in the Cumbria and Lancashire area, this position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is highly motivated, enjoys variety and committed to support the company's growth and success.

* This role will look for you to be the support to others without much need of support yourself. be able to hit the ground running from the off.

Electrical project Engineer Responsibilities:

* Liaise with customers to develop and propose engineering solutions to customer requirements

* Prepare tender packages and the production of quotations

* Plan the delivery of agreed solutions and manage from quotation stage right through to commissioning and completion including organising the labour working on the project and materials

* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including all aspects of Health and Safety on a project

* Production of drawings and documentation for control systems/electrical systems

* Fault find if required on existing control systems or provide technical assistance to site staff

* Completion of safety documentation, prestart check lists and point of work risk assessments

* The accurate completion of in-house compliance documentation

* Ensure that all accidents/incidents and near misses are reported within the Company guidelines

* Carry out all work activities safely and in line RAMS and in line with training

* Completion of electrical isolations for all relevant works

Essential Expierience:

* At least five years relevant professional experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager

* A relevant electrical engineering qualification

* Controls / Control Panel experience

* Experience inplanning and delivering projects from start to Final handover

* Health and safety awareness and the ability to produce method statements and risk assessments

* The ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines

* Excellent communication skills

Crtitical Expierence:

* Previous expeirence with electrical design, being able to deisgn electrical drawings for electricians to be able to use for projects.
