Children's Home Manager

Open to managers from both a CQC and OFSTED background, learning disabilities experience is essential.

The home is part of a national organisation that specialises in residential, clinical, and educational support to children and young people across the country.

Job Details:

• Children's Registered Home Manager
• Managing an existing children's residential care home
• The service supports children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health, and Autism
• The service is a 5 bedded home
• Ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED, whilst also implementing company policies and procedures
• Manage, develop and supervise the staff team, delegating to deputies when needed
• Manage safeguarding concerns
• Currently rated Good by OFSTED
• Based in Dewsbury, Huddersfield
• Support from HR and recruitment team to help with staffing and recruitment of staff
• Training and career development from day 1

Contract Details:

• Full-time contract
• 37.5 hours a week
• Monday - Friday
• + on-call duties

Salary Details:

• Up to £45,000
• + £3,000 welcome bonus

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• CQC management experience or OFSTED management experience
• Driving licence
