With offices across London, New York, Miami, and Dubai, they're scaling quickly and need an ambitious finance leader to underpin growth in the region.The RoleReporting to the CFO/Global Finance Director, the Financial Controller will lead all core finance activities across the region, with responsibility spanning accounting, tax, payroll, treasury, M&A integration, and company secretarial.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Controls* Ownership of month-end close and reporting for all EMEA entities* Oversight of AP/AR operations, intercompany recharges, and controls to mitigate fraud* Driving automation and process improvementsAudit, Statutory & Tax* Delivery of statutory accounts and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions* Partnering with auditors, regulators, and advisors to ensure compliance and resolve queries* Supporting global tax strategy and transfer pricing policiesPayroll & Treasury* Ensuring accurate, compliant payroll across multiple countries* Cash flow management, FX risk strategy, and treasury policy implementation

M&A & Company Secretarial* Supporting post-acquisition integration across the EMEA group* Oversight of company secretarial filings and governance requirementsWhat We're Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) with ~10+ years' experience* Proven track record overseeing finance across the EMEA region* Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and UK GAAP* ERP experience (NetSuite desirable)* Multi-currency consolidations exposure* Professional services or creative industry background a plus* Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management skills* Fluent in EnglishSalary & Benefits* £95,000-£115,000 * Hybrid working from London offices
