We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar team at ITS Building People in Southampton, specialising in Logistics recruitment.

🔹 The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take full ownership of your own Logistics desk, focusing on temporary and contract placements within roles such as drivers and transport coordinators.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, client visits, and networking.
• Attracting and sourcing high-quality candidates using advertising, social media, and proactive resourcing.
• Working closely with a dedicated Resourcer to fill live vacancies quickly and effectively.
• Driving consistent sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.

• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and ambitious.
• Driven to grow their desk and progress within the company.
• Experienced in recruitment (3+ years) - ideally within logistics or transport recruitment.
• A strong communicator who excels at building client and candidate relationships.
• A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
