Actaris Site Services are seeking skilled and reliable Electricians to join our clients Repairs and Maintenance team, delivering high-quality services to residents across London. You'll ensure homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, carrying out electrical repairs, testing, and some multi-skilled work.
We're looking for professionals with strong customer service skills who take pride in their work, can work independently, manage their workload, and maintain accurate records. A proactive and safety-conscious approach is essential.
Key Requirements:

Fully qualified and experienced Electrician
*
Experience in housing or property maintenance preferred
*
Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Willing to participate in out-of-hours callout rota
Qualifications:

City & Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
*
Basic DBS check (provided)
