What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Stratford
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Stratford
- Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
