We're currently supporting a well-established Further Education College in the Nuneaton area in their search for an Electrical Installation Lecturer to join their apprenticeship delivery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to make the move into teaching and mentoring, or for experienced FE professionals seeking a new challenge.

You do not need to hold a teaching qualification to apply - if you're a strong communicator with a solid industry background, the college will provide full support and training to get you qualified.

🔧 What you'll be doing:

Delivering practical and theory-based lessons to electrotechnical apprentices

Supporting apprentices through their training journey with guidance, feedback, and assessment

*

Contributing to the development of a modern, industry-relevant curriculum

*

Inspiring learners with your real-world electrical experience

✅ Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. NVQ, AM2)

*

A solid background working as an electrician in the domestic, commercial or industrial sectors

*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*

Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (if not already held)
