About the Role:

As Sales Director, you will develop and implement a global commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand the company's reach across existing and new markets. You'll focus on growing membership and service sales, building strategic key account plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting events and exhibitions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute a global commercial strategy to drive new business
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet targets and KPIs
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Develop key account plans and identify cross-selling opportunities
Organise events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote services

Track record of leading, motivating, and inspiring sales teams
Strong understanding of diverse industries and supply chains
Results-driven with measurable success in sales growth
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

Comfortable with international travel and face-to-face meetings
Competent in Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, and CRM systemsDesirable:
