Ellis Knight are working with a fantastic company who are looking for a highly efficient and punctual Administrator to join their Carpentry team on a part-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, have a strong personality and the confidence to interact with other departments in order to "get the job done" at the same time being approachable and personable. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4 hours per day). Preferably 10.00 - 14.00 but we can be flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking in stock transfers from other branches.
Ordering of department consumables.
Logging carpentry work and managing the production schedule based on lead times.
Completing month end tasks including checking reports for stock anomalies and correcting discrepancies.
Providing admin support for staff in FORS related training.
