We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution centre in Brackmills, Northampton. The role involves working as part of a fast-paced logistics team ensuring goods are picked, moved, and prepared accurately and efficiently.You will primarily operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP), but the position will also involve manual handling and lifting of products as required.Pay Rate:£12.21 per hour (up to 18:00)£15.21 per hour (after 18:00)Shift Pattern:Thursday to Monday06:00 - 14:00Key Responsibilities

• Operate LLOP equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick and move stock according to order requirements.
• Load and unload goods within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain accuracy in order picking and stock handling.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience operating an LLOP
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work 6am-2pm on a Thursday-Monday pattern.
