VDA / Damage Assessor
Location: Andover
Salary: Basic from £40,000 + Upsell Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (½ hour unpaid lunch break)
Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays, closed between Christmas and New Year

What You'll Be Doing

Assessing damaged vehicles and creating accurate repair estimates using Audatex

Liaising with insurance companies, customers, and technicians

Identifying upsell opportunities to maximise repair value

Authorising repair work and ensuring parts are correctly ordered

Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records

Ensuring high standards of customer service throughout the repair process

What You'll Need

Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator within a bodyshop environment

Audatex accreditation (or working towards it)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Knowledge of vehicle repair methods and insurance processes

Full UK Driving Licence
