Position: Clinical Unit Manager
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London
Salary: £57,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent benefits!
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Supernumerary hours

Responsibilities as a Clinical Unit Manager:

* Provide clinical governance and ensure compliance with best practices

* Ensure the highest standard of care is provided all residents

* Oversee and supervise a large, dedicated team of nurses and carers

* Offer support, guidance, and training to new staff members

* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation

Requirements as a Clinical Unit Manager:

* Active NMC Pin

* Proven management experience in nursing home setting
