RSR are currently recruiting for experienced recruitment professional, to work as a Recruitment & Onboarding Officer on a full-time, long-term contract, based in Stafford.

The initial contract is for 6 months, but there is a view to extend this.
The role is paying £13.36p - £15.52p per hour (depending on experience).

Role overview:

To work as part of a centralised Recruitment service providing generalist HR and recruitment advice to support Staffordshire Police, Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service and the Commissioner's Office.

Your work is likely to be focused on the day-to-day delivery of recruitment and onboarding activity. You will be responsible for liaising with managers, HR team, internal and external stakeholders to support recruitment on a range of recruitment roles.

Main Responsibilities:

* Be an initial point of contact for the recruitment team to deal with day to day enquiries from internal and external customers either by telephone, email or in person.
* Responsibility for the co-ordination and development of recruitment and onboarding activity.
* Managing applicants using our applicants tracking system (ATS) from initial requirements through to appointment
* Ensure recruitment record keeping is in line with legal, data protection, audit requirements and retention period.
* Manage the process of recruiting temporary staff, liaising with suppliers and ensuring the terms are adhered to

Knowledge/Experience:

* Experience of working within a customer service environment and be able to demonstrate the delivery of high standard customer service.
* Experience of undertaking administration processes with ability to keep accurate records, both manual and computerised.
* Experience of managing deadlines and delivering results through planning and organising of work, whilst maintaining quality standards.
* CIPD Level 3 Qualified or currently working towards.
