Harris Garrard Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join our team from April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner to make a real impact within a supportive and ambitious school community.

About the Role

As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils

*

Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment

*

Monitor pupil progress and provide targeted support where needed

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

*

Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

*

Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)

Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

*

Is committed to raising standards and ensuring pupil progress

*

Is reflective, proactive and a strong team player
