We are recruiting for an organised and proactive IFA Administrator to join a supportive and experienced financial planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop their career within a professional, client-focused environment.
You will play a key role in supporting a team of Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring clients receive a seamless and compliant service.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Paraplanner, you will work as part of the IFA support team to provide high-quality administrative support across ongoing client advice, documentation, and back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Client Support
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records within the back-office system
- Assist with general administrative duties including emails, post, filing, scanning, letter writing and data entry
- Handle client follow-ups and general enquiries
- Prepare compliant annual review packs for advisers
- Produce valuations for client meetings using various provider platforms
- Prepare initial meeting packs for new client appointments
- Support with Letters of Authority and manage incoming calls
Systems & Provider Liaison
- Learn and use multiple back-office and provider systems
- Liaise with product providers to obtain required information
- Update internal databases and workflows accurately
Personal Development
- Commit to continuous professional development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and supporting CPD records
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Financial services experience preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A positive, professional and proactive attitude
