The Role
The Head of Maths will:
* Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire Maths department.
* Oversee curriculum design, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of highly skilled Maths teachers.
* Manage departmental resources and budget effectively.
* Promote numeracy across the school and foster a love of problem-solving.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an exceptional Maths teacher with QTS/QTLS and proven leadership experience who:
