Pay: £220 a day (CIS)

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to join a dynamic team working on projects in the Dorking area. Key Responsibilities:

* Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within commercial office environments

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installations

* Installing pipework, valves, fixtures, and appliances, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters

* Testing and commissioning plumbing systems to meet safety and building regulations

* Collaborating closely with project managers, electricians, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

* Troubleshooting plumbing issues and providing effective solutions on-site

* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines

* Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards

* Managing materials and tools effectively to minimise waste and downtime

* Reporting progress and any issues to supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years' proven plumbing experience, ideally within commercial construction or office fit-outs

* Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications

* Own reliable transport is essential to travel to site locations

* Strong knowledge of current plumbing regulations and health & safety standards

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Good communication skills and a professional attitude

This role offers an excellent daily rate of £220 a day under CIS, with ongoing projects providing steady work and the chance to develop your skills further in a professional setting.
