Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care (Elderly Care)

Location: Stockport
Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in the Stockport area, delivering high-quality elderly care across both commissioned and private packages.
The service currently operates:

100+ service hours per week
1,500+ client hours per monthThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated manager to maintain outstanding care standards while supporting business growth and team development.

Key Requirements:

CQC Registered Manager (or working towards)
Previous experience managing domiciliary care services
Elderly care experience essential
QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong leadership, compliance, and operational management skills
Commercially aware with experience managing both private and commissioned care
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleCommutable from: Stockport, Manchester, Cheadle, Sale, Hyde, Wilmslow, Denton, Altrincham, Didsbury
