Part time Day Concierge

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday - 10:00am to 18:00pm.

We are looking for a Day Concierge for a gorgeous site by the river in Teddington, to provide full support in the day-to-day run of the block.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

· Welcoming residents and their guests and helping where required.

· Routine checks of the communal areas of all the blocks, external patrols including litter picking and reporting issues internal and external.

· Reporting faults with lights in the communal blocks.

· Domestic rubbish collection and assisting with all recycling collections on Friday mornings.

· Being available and ready to help residents.

· Acting as a security person and being responsible for patrolling and access control

· Keeping flat keys and logging all keys in before your shift starts.

· Routine health and safety checks and ensuring there are no trip hazards.

· Seeing and signing in and out all contractors and ensuring they have a right to be on-site.

· Ensuring the cleanliness and good upkeep of the communal areas of the block is maintained.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

· Good academic and/ or professional qualifications

· Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally.

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a varied and demanding role with appropriate supervision.

· Ability to work efficiently.

· Demonstrable experience and ability to use ICT packages i.e. Microsoft Word and

· Strong teamwork skills and can-do attitude

· The conduct of duties must be to the highest standard and you must be presentable at all timed and build trust with the residents.
