Our client is a manufacturer and global supplier of automatic gates, barriers, turnstiles etc.They are looking for a confident, competent addition to their team working with goods in and stores as well as packing and distribution of their products.This will be a varied and busy role.You will beChecking in goods and deliveriesAdding the goods and codes onto the systemDismantling tested gates and barriers and package them up in readiness for shippingOrganising logistics and collections for deliveryGeneral warehouse duties (possibly using forklift)Assisting in assembly tasks alongside experienced fittersOther general warehouse/assembly/goods in tasks relating to a busy environment.You will bePositiveComfortable working with general hand toolsCapable of working in a goods in/out environmentPC literate and able to load orders/data onto PC systemsIdeally have prior experience operating forklift trucks (not essential)Flexible in taking on a variety of tasks as required within the company.This is a permanent, salaried position with a thriving, established, reputable company.
