Are you a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Assistant looking for a new opportunity with variety, responsibility, and customer interaction? We're looking for a self-motivated individual to join a well-established FM company delivering maintenance support to clients across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

The Role

This is a mobile, client-facing position where you'll be responsible for a range of general maintenance tasks at commercial and retail sites. No two days will be the same!

Key duties include:

Carrying out minor plumbing, joinery, and basic fabric repairs

*

Responding to reactive maintenance requests

*

Supporting planned maintenance schedules

*

Representing the company professionally with clients and site contacts

*

Reporting issues and recording completed work via mobile app or tablet

Requirements

*

Full UK driving licence (essential - this is a mobile role)

*

Previous experience in a maintenance, handyperson, or building services role

*

Strong customer service and communication skills

*

Ability to work independently and manage daily workload

*

Basic trade knowledge (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
