This role is ideal for an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys working closely with advisers, collaborating with paraplanners, and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide dedicated support to one of the firm's most experienced advisers, alongside another IFA Administrator.

* Prepare client meeting packs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.

* Process new business applications and liaise with providers to obtain updates and relevant information.

* Maintain accurate client records across internal systems.

* Work closely with paraplanners, assisting with technical administration to support the advice process.

* Support the annual review cycle, including preparing review packs and managing follow-up communications.

* Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a smooth and professional client experience
