We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic company working on large-scale commercial electrical projects across London.

You'll be overseeing an existing Project Manager and managing live projects across Hammersmith, with more major developments on the horizon - including a year-long project in Mayfair.

This is a permanent opportunity, offering flexibility between CIS day rate or PAYE annual salary, depending on your preference.

🔧 Current Projects Include:

* 📍 Office refurbishment

* 📍 College redevelopment

* 📍 Hotel installation
(All valued between £500k to £2 million, electrical is third tier)

✅ What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager

* Solid background in commercial electrical projects (office, education, hospitality)

* Confident overseeing teams and multiple projects simultaneously

* Experience working on projects valued over £1 million

* Comfortable working on-site and from the office (office based in Thurrock)

* Able to manage project lifecycles from planning to completion

* Strong communicator, highly organised, and detail-driven

* Immediate availability preferred
