What you’ll be doing: - Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including settlement agreements.
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish—drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, advising on prospects, and attending hearings.
- Drafting contracts, handbooks and internal policies for clients across a variety of sectors.
- Delivering practical advice that balances legal precision with commercial awareness.
- Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.
- Contributing to internal know-how, legal updates, and client training sessions.

- Confident handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
