About our client

We are representing a UK-wide, FCA regulated renewable technology installation and finance business, founded in 2011. They are dedicated to becoming the UK's most successful installer of solar, battery, and heat pump technology.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join the core operations team based in Bournemouth. This role involves handling customer finance applications and providing essential support to the sales and installation process.

The Customer Service Advisor Role

As a key part of the team, you will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction:

* Finance Processing: Process new finance applications for customers funding their installation products and ensure accurate e-signing of paperwork to complete loan applications.

* Aftercare Setup: Set up Direct Debits for extended warranty plans, providing peace of mind through aftercare policies.

* Sales Support: Support Account Managers by taking inbound calls and guiding customers through finance applications to maximise sales opportunities.

* Customer Communication: Keep customers informed by communicating updates on queries and installation bookings promptly and professionally.

* Compliance: Adhere to FCA guidelines, ensuring customers are treated fairly and advised correctly at all times.

* General Enquiries: Handle general customer enquiries via phone and email, always maintaining a professional approach.

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for candidates who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment:

* At least 1 year of experience in phone-based customer service or a related role.

* Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent organisational skills.

* Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions.

* Communicates clearly and confidently over the phone and in writing.

* Works well as part of a supportive team.
