Description

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, ensuring efficient financial planning and control.
• Oversee financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyse key financial performance indicators.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.

Profile

The successful Management Accountant should have:

• Must be training towards or have an accounting qualification (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA)
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
