Contract Scotland is partnering with a reputable building contractor to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. This key role provides essential support to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery

Utilise project management software to track progress and maintain documentation

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration

Analyse data to identify project needs and improve processes

Oversee administrative tasks and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints

Lead project meetings and provide updates on project status and milestones

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator within construction or a related field

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience with Procore systems is highly advantageous

Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
