Senior Vehicle Technician

£35,123 basic with £46k+ OTE

Permanent/Full Time - 45 hour working week

Our client, located in the Sittingbourne, is on the search for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their busy team!

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Providing technical and diagnostic service, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.

* Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training.

* Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards.

* Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.

* Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.

* Delivering good customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.

Your Background & Skill:

* Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.

* MOT Testing qualification is very advantageous.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
