WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – PICKING & PACKING – IMMEDIATE START

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Leicester working Monday to Friday rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) paying £14.13 per hour.

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Picking and packing orders accurately using hand scanners
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Receiving and unpacking incoming deliveries
• Moving goods around the warehouse when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Previous warehouse experience including picking and packing
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and self-motivated attitude
• Flexible approach to work

Training

• Full industry-related training and ongoing support provided
