Position: Russian Sales & Marketing Executive Location: London Salary: £40000 per annum £10K OTE discretionary bonus We collect a wide and diverse range of recyclable goods which are no longer needed from households across the UK. Collections include unwanted, used, good quality items. Goods are sold to a range of customers in Eastern Europe, and more recently to a number of customers in Africa. Goods are sold at the best possible rates to meet sales targets. With a good, reliable, regular product supply, and the relevant infrastructure, processes and systems in place, we are in a strong position to increase our sales and expand our customer portfolio. The aim is to increase our Eastern European customer base and extend our reach both in Africa and Asia. The Sales and Marketing executive will play a pivotal role in the success of the expansion plan. Using their knowledge, expertise and skills to prospect, cultivate and grow a secure reliable and loyal customer base overseas. They will be accountable for successfully achieving the job function /roles, responsibilities outlined below. You are: A Fluent English/Russian speaker with a minimum 2 years' sales and marketing experience; and the proven knowledge, skills and ability to successfully: o Develop & implement a two year sales & marketing plan to expand our customer base, and successfully meet year on year targets o Market & sell, large stock, high volume second hand goods/ collections [in container/truck loads] o Implement full sales cycle activities: Prospect, cultivate, develop a wide loyal customer portfolio [developing our Eastern Europe market and new markets in Africa, Asia] o Exploit product lines to suit a variety of customer requirements o Manage sales accounts, budget, sales data, analysis - possible staff supervision o Achieve agreed targets and growth plans o Negotiate and maintain excellent customer care/client relations What we need the candidate to have? o Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills o A systematic approach to managing workload planning, deadlines o Staff management, Staff recruitment, induction and supervision TBA o Strong team working/building spirit in work relationships with colleagues o Working knowledge and understanding of logistics and customer service/standards is essential o Knowledge of export clothing sales/ distribution logistics environments would be advantageous Candidate is willing to- o Work flexibly - outside of 9 -5 and the occasional weekend o Drive - you hold a clean, current UK driving licence with no bans o Work and travel in the UK, E Europe, [possibly] Africa & Asia with no restrictions To be considered please apply online with your recent CV.
