About the Role:As Nursery Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding childcare and early education. You’ll create a safe, stimulating environment where children can flourish and staff feel supported and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursery team effectively, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (Ofsted, EYFS, safeguarding).
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community.
• Oversee curriculum planning and delivery to support children’s learning and development.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare.
• Proven experience in a nursery leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
