You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners on a 1:1:1 basis, giving you exposure to complex client cases and a broad range of responsibilities. Unlike larger firms where tasks are siloed, this role offers variety and the chance to develop a diverse skillset, as well as being fully involved in the advice process gaining a solid understanding of each individual case that you contribute to

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing client administration across pensions, investments, and protection
• Preparing and processing documentation for new business and ongoing reviews
• Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM and other back-office systems
• Supporting advisers and paraplanners with compliance and reporting tasks

• Previous experience in financial services administration (IFA or wealth management preferred)
• Ability to work self-sufficiently in a high-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
