This full-time role offers a salary of up to £40,000 per year and offers flexible shift patterns across 37.5 hours a week.

As a Senior Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that patient care standards are consistently maintained according to operational policies and procedures.
  • Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and consultants.
  • Acting as an advocate to more junior members of the team.
  • Deputising for the Sister/ Charge Nurse and leading on clinical shifts when required.
  • Providing excellent standards of individualised patient care.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Registered Nurse role should have:

  • Registered general nurse level 1/ Diploma / BSc in Nursing studies.
  • RN with valid NMC Registration.
  • Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
  • Excellent clinical applied knowledge.
  • Basic workload / shift management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • 18 months post registration experience.
