Must Have's

* Experience working within a targeted sales environment or hungry for sales!

* Excellent communication skills with a customer first approach

* Comfortable working in a telephony-based environment

* 5 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English

Nice to Have's

* A Levels or equivalent qualifications

* Cert CII or desire to work towards it would be fab!

* Experience working within an outbound calling role

* Knowledge or experience within commercial insurance would be hugely beneficial!

* Strong influencing and negotiation skills

So what will you be doing?

* Converting warm inbound leads into new business

* Building and nurturing relationships with insurers, introducers, and colleagues across divisions

* Hitting and exceeding individual and team KPIs for income, conversion and lead generation

* Understanding client challenges and delivering effective, tailored solutions

* Making sound technical decisions that benefit the client and business

* Following up on outstanding documents and orders
