Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (including sleep-in allowance)

Working via Lupa in homes across Liverpool, you will be part of a supportive, professional team dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where children can thrive.
What You Will Do
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide direct care and support to children
- Implement individualised care plans in line with therapeutic approaches
- Promote positive behaviour and safe, structured routines
- Support education, leisure, and social activities to enhance development
- Build meaningful relationships with young people, families, and external agencies
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance
Shift Patterns & Working Hours
- Full-time role with a rota including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Sleep-in duties are included
- Flexibility is essential to provide consistent, 24/7 care and support
- Permanent and temporary positions are available

What We Need From You
- Recent experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker in a children’s home
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commitment to working flexible shift patterns, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Dedication to delivering child-centred, therapeutic care in a safe and nurturing environment
