Production Operative

Industrious Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable individuals for a Production Operative role on a continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive production environment. No previous production experience is required - full training will be provided - but any relevant experience will be an advantage. Above all, we are looking for candidates with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating production machinery and equipment (training provided)

Ensuring products meet quality standards

*

Following health and safety procedures at all times

*

Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

Reliability and a positive attitude are essential

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a continental 4x4 pattern

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

*

Previous production experience is desirable but not required

Shift Pattern:

4 days on, 4 days off

*

Alternating between days (6am-6pm) and nights (6pm-6am)
